Ο Φίλιππος Παπαφιλίππου, μιλώντας στο eurodragster.com, αναφέρει ότι οι αυξημένες επαγγελματικές του υποχρεώσεις τον ανάγκασαν να παραμελήσει λίγο το αγαπημένο του σπορ. Ήδη όμως το Pro Mod Corvette C-5 βρίσκεται στην Αγγλία και βάφεται στις εγκαταστάσεις της Pro-Sign. "Η ομάδα μου οι Drag Warriors κι εγώ σχεδιάζουμε να δοκιμάσουμε το Corvette στη Μάλτα και πιθανότατα να αγωνιστούμε και στους τελικούς του Πανευρωπαϊκού πρωταθλήματος" λέει ο Φίλιππος. "Θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω τον Malcolm Francis και την εταιρεία του της Air Sea Logistics για τη μεταφορά του Corvette από τη Νέα Υόρκη στην Αγγλία. Θέλω επίσης να σας αναφέρω ότι επισκεύτηκα τον Jim Oddy για δέκα περίπου ημέρες τον Απρίλιο, εμπειρία που ήταν πολύ καλή και χρήσιμη καθώς έμαθα πολλά μυστικά για το Corvette". Ο Φίλιππος κλείνει τη συνέντευξή του αναφέροντας τη βελτίωση του Luke Ramage Nova καθώς και τα προβλήματα που αντιμετώπισε στους αγώνες της Ελλάδας και της Κύπρου. ελπίζοντας ότι στο μέλλον τα πράγματα θα πάνε σαφώς καλύτερα! Greek Pro Mod racer-elect Filippos Papafilippou tells us that his year is not going exactly as he planned. "I have a very busy work load, which has made me put drag racing aside a little", says Fil. "My Murray Anderson chassis/Jim Oddy engine Pro Mod Corvette C-5 is at last in the UK and on its way to Neil of Pro-Sign for a new paint scheme. The Drag Warriors Team and I plan to test in Malta during the summer and hopefully come to the FIA European Finals.

"I would like to thank Malcolm Francis and his company Air Sea Logistics for taking care of the shipping from New York to the UK. It wasn’t an easy task since the car was located in Buffalo, which is close to the Canadian border where the Niagara Falls are located. It was even more difficult since the car came to Europe in a 28' Haulmark trailer. I strongly believe that without Malcolm’s help and guidance the car would still have been still in USA. "Malcolm also put me in touch with Greg Ozubko of GOS Motorsport Graphics who designed the paint scheme of Malcolm's marvelous Grand Am. Greg was very co-operative and with his guidance and knowledge, he understood what I really wanted and prepared for me the final paint scheme (right). Malcolm got me also in touch with Neil of Pro-Sign, who will start to paint the car after the Main Event.

"I went to stay with the Oddys for ten days in April 2005. It was a nice experience and I tried to learn as much I could about the car. "In Greece we have now finished and developed Luke Ramage’s Nova, and we entered some events in Greece and Cyprus, but we struggled with engine and transmission problems. Hopefully luck will be on our side in the near future."
